Manufacturing Technician III (Contract)

Key responsibilities and Duties/Essential Functions:

Set up and operate complex manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Document production activities, including equipment settings, maintenance tasks, and quality control checks.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a senior technician role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and troubleshooting techniques
Proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
